Summary

In his most recent book Grahame-Smith takes on one of our most iconic presidents, Abraham Lincoln. We all know that Lincoln grew up splitting logs, was a young senator from Illinois and was known as “honest Abe.” But did you know that he was also a vampire hunter. Lincoln’s hunt for the undead started when his mother died at the hands of a vampire. He trained with the same axe that he used to chop wood, and became one of the most feared vampire hunters in the United States. When he was elected president, Lincoln used his power to emancipate the slaves that were the food source of vampires living in the south.
