Add a CommentOne of the best overall Keto cookbooks I've read to date! Has the obligatory what Keto is and why people do it, exchange lists (eat this, not that), shopping lists, and basic sauces and staple meals (that don't require weird ingredients!). I only tried a couple recipes before I had to return it but I'm seriously considering purchasing.
I found lots of great recipes in this book. Most books only have a few I want to make, this one has many and I have already made quite a few. My kids loved the loaded cauliflower soup!
I have made over a dozen different recipes from this book and LOVED them all! I was enjoying the book so much that I actually went bought the book after my loan was up. It was essential to my survival for the first weeks of Keto.
