Good movie. Great insight into what life was like for the blacks back then and the people who defended them

This movie was entertaining but not one of my favorite for this year. “Not too bad---good performance”.

This is a story which needs to be told, but I don't think this was a good effort. The acting of David Strathairn was the best feature. The producer and director tell of the difficulties of filming during Hurricane Ivan, which must have made the small budget stretch even thinner, but I still think the effort fell short. ~ The events are known as the Scottsboro (AL) case.
