One the best representations of disability in fiction I have ever read.
I'm a big fan of TC Boyle and this story was tense, contained strong characters and an excellent plot. It gets going immediately and you will have a hard time putting it away until you find out what happens.
I was sad moving toward the end because as TC Boyle is wont to do, it doesn't end well. I wasn't disappointed in the ending as much as it left me feeling down.
It isn't a feel good. But, it's a great novel. Read it!
I am almost done with the book and totally loved it. It was a book I could not put down, and I was totally absorbed in. I would definitely recommend it. Quite an unusual book about identity theft in today's world. Characters are very well developed so book is enjoyable to read.
I finally finished the book and was disappointed in the ending, which was very weak. The book was very good as a whole, but the ending was something to be desired. So I agree with the other reviewer, ending could have been better.
I must have misread what this book was about, because it was not at all what I expected. The story was fast-paced almost entirely throughout, and was really well-detailed as well. The end was a bit disappointing, but I enjoyed it.
