Add a CommentGood book and great vocabulary thanks for pointing them out Snicket but the motion pictures were way better enjoyed it with my family never missed one for every night 👌🖥💽📺🕰⌚️Egghh it was so good cute guy in the series not gonna say who you need to watch it and to figure it out????!!!!!🤩😁😆
Lemony Snicket’s book, The Vile Village, did not fail to intrigue me in this journey of the Baudelaire orphans. As the 7th book in A Series of Unfortunate Events, this novel tells the reader of Violet’s, Klaus’s, and Sunny’s 7th time under new foster care. In the village of V.F.D., the orphans must abide by the village’s thousands of rules as they once again try to rescue their friends, the Quagmire triplets, from Count Olaf’s grasp. My favorite part about this book was how the orphan’s caretaker, Hector, stood up for himself after so long of not doing so. Through the author’s writing style, readers learn more useful facts of the world while also enjoying the escape into the Baudelaires’ world.
This is the best book in the series so far!!!!! Exciting and makes you want to read on! This book makes you connect with the Baudelaires because they are likeable characters! This is an awesome book! Highly recommended to read! So excited for the next book!!!!!!
Alas for the Baudelaires! Their misfortunes are fated to continue, and yet there are readers like you who continue to read their woe-filled tale. Why you would want to subject yourself to such misery is beyond me. But here you are yet again.
Within these pages are crows, alive, stuffed, and fountain-ized. Can the Baudelaires find the triplets? Is there any hope to learn what V.F.D. is? How bad can their lives possibly get?
Alas for you! If you have picked up this book, you will discover some, but not all. And you will have to read more of their miserable story to find out the rest. If you want to read of misery, this is the perfect book for you. But if you want something lighter, perhaps read ‘The Littlest Elf.’
This series just gets more sad and more complex, it's unlike anything I've ever read.
I liked this book a lot. The only thing I didn't like about it was how quiet Hector was and how he never spoke up. I also didn't like how the Baudelaires were framed for murder and through the rest of the series (so far, I have only read to book 10) they have to lie low because everyone thinks they are murderers. This book has puzzles, adventure, and dramatic irony. I liked it a lot and I hope you will, too! :)
Yay for the Qaugmire triplets!!!!!
this book was amazing, and although I was mildly frustrated at the V.F.D. town council, i loved how at the end, you really notice how much she's developed since the "bad beginning".
****************SPOILER ALERT********************* now to Baudelaires are on there own what will happen next. This a amazing captivating story.
This next misadventure of the Baudelaires literally has them living out the saying "It takes a village ..."
